Discover the Veluwe with Wildpraat at the Kasteel Engelenburg Estate. Our chef prepares game live on the OFYR and by the campfire! We will take you into the forest and let you taste the flavours of the Veluwe!

From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM we welcome you with a varied program full of culinary and natural highlights.

Program
The day begins with a warm welcome, where you can enjoy coffee, tea and a delicious treat. Afterwards, a wildlife guide will take you on a fascinating game excursion. After this exploration of nature, you will be welcomed back with an amuse-bouche accompanied by a local Veluwe drink.

Menu
Our menu consists of a starter featuring game from the Veluwe or a tasty vegetarian option. Then you can enjoy a main course with matching side dishes, again with a choice between Veluwe game or a vegetarian alternative. To finish, we serve a delicious dessert. The evening ends atmospherically with a hunting bitter by the campfire, followed by coffee or tea.

With each course we serve carefully selected drinks that perfectly complement the dishes. For those who wish, it is possible to enjoy an after-dinner drink in the cosy castle bar.
