From 1 December, we have an internship opportunity within our Front of House team for an enthusiastic student who is eager to learn all about hospitality in a unique hotel environment.

During your internship, you will become a full member of our Front of House team. You will be one of the first faces our hotel guests, conference guests, golfers and other visitors see when they enter Kasteel Engelenburg. You will learn how to welcome guests in a personal way, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly throughout their stay.

During your internship, you will discover all aspects of Front of House. You will welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out and be there to answer questions or provide advice about their stay and the surrounding area.

You will also learn how to handle reservations, assist with various administrative tasks and work closely with other departments within the castle. This gives you the opportunity to discover how all departments work together behind the scenes to create a special experience for our guests.

As your internship progresses, you will be given more responsibility and the opportunity to carry out tasks independently. Of course, our team will always be there to guide you and help you learn new things.

During your internship, you’ll discover how to make dreams come true and contribute to the magic of Engelenburg Castle.

• You’ll assist with the preparation, planning, and execution of weddings.
• You’ll help draft itineraries, prepare quotes, and handle administrative tasks.
• You’ll maintain contact with couples, vendors, and colleagues to ensure that everything is perfectly organized.

• You’ll contribute ideas regarding personal wishes and surprising details that make every wedding unique.
