New Year’s Eve begins with a generous à la carte breakfast. Afterwards, we invite you to join a scenic nature walk around the estate, followed by a visit to the traditional carbide shooting in Brummen accompanied by a drink. This unique local spectacle is not to be missed! The evening will be a culinary celebration: a magnificent 5-course dinner, followed by a festive countdown in our castle bar, where you can toast the New Year in style.
