Meet the chef
Chef Kelvin Haagen is a culinary genius and has been working in Dutch gastronomy for several years. His journey began at the renowned Cas Spijkers Academy, where he discovered his passion for cooking and honed his talent to an unprecedented level. With a solid education behind him, he began his impressive career working in some of Holland’s leading kitchens.
Kelvin has shown his skills at prestigious establishments such as the Bloemenbeek, the Schultenhues and the Echoput, where he perfected his skills and built a reputation in the kitchen. With a cooking style characterized by a harmonious blend of influences from around the world, Kelvin manages to seamlessly integrate flavors and techniques from different cultures into his dishes. His creations pay homage to the diversity of world cuisine, drawing inspiration not only from international culinary traditions, but also from the rich flavors and ingredients of his own environment.
