From November 15 onward, our castle will be fully adorned in festive Christmas décor, ready to immerse you in the holiday spirit from the moment you arrive. We warmly invite you to spend the Christmas holidays in the warm and elegant ambiance of Kasteel Engelenburg. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in culinary refinement, stylish hospitality, and unforgettable moments on our historic estate.
Christmas at the Estate
Christmas Eve – December 24th
Your Christmas stay begins on Christmas Eve with a festive welcome on the castle square between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. As the winter air surrounds you, warm yourself with a traditional Dutch Koek & Zopie. In the evening, we invite you to enjoy a gastronomic six-course dinner at Restaurant JUDITH, where classic flavours and modern techniques come together in a festive culinary experience.
Christmas Day – December 25th
The day begins festively with an extensive breakfast served in our restaurant. Afterwards, you will enjoy a guided winter walk across the estate, included in the arrangement. In the afternoon, we offer an optional four-course lunch menu for €85 per person. In the evening, we will indulge you with an impressive six-course dinner at Restaurant JUDITH, carefully curated by our chef using refined seasonal ingredients. Expect a culinary journey featuring rich sauces, surprising textures, and subtle festive touches.
Second Christmas Day – December 26th
After a relaxing morning, enjoy an extensive breakfast at your leisure. In the afternoon, you may indulge in an optional festive afternoon tea for €69.50 per person. In the evening, we conclude the arrangement with an exquisite six-course dinner, showcasing the very best seasonal ingredients on every plate.

During your stay, you will spend the night in one of our comfort rooms, luxury rooms, or suites, each equipped with modern amenities and offering breathtaking views over our expansive estate. Every morning, an extensive breakfast awaits you, ensuring the perfect start to your day.
- Every day and evening, you are welcome to enjoy a festive aperitif in our wine cellar, bar & lounge.
- Guests are welcome to make use of our wellness facilities — swimwear is required.
- Appropriate evening attire is appreciated and contributes to the festive atmosphere.
- Dinner is served daily between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
- Dinner will be served in both our conservatory and restaurant. Table arrangements are determined in advance by our team, and unfortunately preferences cannot be accommodated.
- Should you arrive on a different day for the three-night arrangement, we will of course welcome you just as warmly to our estate.
