Handicarts

At Kasteel Engelenburg Golf Course, 3 handicarts are available.

Reserving a handicart:

If you own a handicart pass, you can reserve it 14 days before your Teetime via the My Handicart portal.
If you do not have a handicart pass, please contact Kasteel Engelenburg Golf Course at 0575-569999 to reserve a handicart.

Please check the course status on the day, before playing, to see if handicarts are allowed.

For whom.

Who can use a handicart for 9 or 18 holes:

Persons with a user card issued by the Handicart Foundation (with photo).
Persons with temporary user cards (also from other golf clubs in the Netherlands).
Disabled players may ride with the user at a separate rate, if possible.
Disabled players, if available, can use a handicart without a card at a special rate.

Rates

Rates for the use of handicarts are as follows*:

Per owner user card: €4.50 per 9/18 holes
Per 2 owners user card (together 1 handicart): € 9.00 per 9/18 holes
Per owner user card + able-bodied player: €13.50 per 9/18 holes
Rate for able-bodied player (1 or 2 per handicart): €25.00 per 9/18 holes

House Rules

Careful use:

The handicart should never carry more than 2 people at a time.
Users should handle the handicart carefully and drive only on permitted paths and fairways.
During the winter months, use of handicarts may be limited to permitted trails or sometimes not allowed at all, to protect the course.
After use, the handicart should be cleaned and plugged in properly. The key must be returned to the secretary’s office or restaurant. In case of defects or damages, please notify the secretariat or the restaurant.
Handicarts are issued to holders of a valid user pass from the Handicart Foundation. They are owned by the Handicart Foundation or the golf course operator.

Baby carriage

Kasteel Engelenburg Golf Course has one baby carriage available for rental. Reserve the baby carriage at the same time as your start time. If booking online, please call the front desk to add the baby carriage, subject to availability.

Rate for baby carriage rental:

Baby carriage: €25.00
Rate as of July 1, 2024: €30.00

Tips:

Check the course status before playing to see if handicarts are allowed.
If you depend on a handicart or baby carriage, don’t take any chances and reserve it early.
You can pick up the key to the handicart during reception opening hours. If you are playing early, please contact the front desk the day before.
Leave the handicart or baby carriage tidy for the next user. Thank you in advance.
